Tatiana was Excellent help and Service In Assisting the front Line in the Car was after paying and she was very Polite. She Also kept the Vacuum area clean and Loaded with clean towels and kept the area's clean ready for the next Car.. Shes very good with customer service.. Her Co Workers were also good.

I had a great experience at Whistle Car Wash! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding when it came to my Take 5 membership during the transition. They made the process easy and took the time to answer all of my questions. A special thank you to Terrance and Justin—they were both friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service like theirs makes all the difference. I highly recommend Whistle Car Wash!

I’ve been paying $40 a month for a membership at Whistle Car Wash expecting quality service and a clean car every time, but lately it has been nothing but frustrating. The employees working in the tunnel act like they don’t care and put little to no effort into properly prepping the vehicles before they go through the wash. Half the time they barely spray the car down or pay attention to the areas that actually need cleaning. What makes it worse is that my car consistently comes out still dirty after going through the wash. There are still bugs on the front, dirt on the sides, and spots left all over the vehicle. For the amount customers are paying every month, this level of service is unacceptable. A membership should make customers feel like they’re getting value, not like they wasted their money. Customer service and attention to detail clearly need improvement. If employees are going to stand in the tunnel, they should actually do the job they’re being paid to do instead of rushing cars through without caring about the results. I really expected better from a company charging premium membership prices.

A really nice convenient car wash. Lots of options, even though I choose the cheapest one because they offer free vacuums, clean rags glass cleaner and all-purpose cleaner was a compressed air nozzle. My car is always spotless when I leave.
